About the Author
Elizabeth Connelly graduated in 2015 at the age of 62 with the Master of Science degree in Social Work. She then went on to pass the Graduate License of Social Work (GLSW) from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. She continued as a counselor in a mental health setting. She practiced at Mosaic a clinic attached to the Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Baltimore and the Novant Mental Health Hospital in Wilmington, NC. Her training combined with 40 years suffering from agoraphobia herself has given her a unique perspective which has allowed her to draw on the traumatic events in her life. Her Christian upbringing and study of metaphysical practices has contributed to her invention of an original and effective prescription for anxiety, which can be used by anyone to create a more peaceful existence in today’s frantic society.
